Account: email, display name, sign-in method.
Content: assets you upload, prompts you enter, and the images / videos / text you generate.
Usage & billing: credit consumption, orders and subscription records (card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store them).
Technical: device, browser, IP, access logs (for security and troubleshooting).
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, generate what you request, bill you, ensure security and prevent abuse, and send necessary service notices.
3. Third-party service providers
To deliver AI generation, payments, email, hosting, and storage, we entrust necessary information to carefully selected third-party providers; some processing may occur abroad. We require them to protect your data to a standard no lower than this policy.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference.
5. Retention & deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (except where retention is legally required).
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Exercise these via support@pireel.com.
7. Minors
The service is not directed to children under [14].
