Terms of Service

Register with a valid email. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

One account per person; no sharing, transfer, or impersonation.

Do not use the service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, violent, sexual, harmful to minors, impersonating, or misleading.

Do not reverse engineer, abuse, circumvent usage limits, scrape excessively, or disrupt the service.

You are responsible for the lawful use of your inputs and generated outputs.

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, generate from, and display it solely to operate the service.

Subject to these Terms and the commercial license below, you own the AI-generated outputs.

Free plan outputs are for personal / non-commercial use only.

Pro / Max outputs include a commercial license (social posting, paid ads, client work), as described on the pricing page.

AI outputs may resemble others’ results; we do not warrant uniqueness, trademark-ability, or non-infringement. Assess before commercial use.

The service can parse public content from third-party platforms (Douyin, Kuaishou, RedNote, YouTube, etc.) for reference and derivative creation. You must comply with the relevant platform rules and copyright law and bear the resulting responsibility.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over; top-up packs are available to subscribers only, and their credits never expire.

Except as required by law, purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable.

You may cancel auto-renewal anytime; access remains until the end of the current cycle.

Generation relies on third-party AI providers. Your inputs and assets may be transmitted to them for processing. See the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of material changes.

We make no warranty as to the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may stop using and delete your account anytime.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith negotiation.
